I would like to share with you what I have learned on my journey to becoming healthy. I only suggest that you read them and maybe something contained herein is something that will "stick with you". They have stuck with me, and improve my life everyday. If only one point remains with you, I have accomplished a great deal.
To achieve optimal health, one must step back, reflect and examine how we do things. We must be prepared to learn new things and behaviors and then make changes based on what we have learned. At present, we are bombarded with outside negative influences that increase our stress levels and manipulate our emotional state. We unknowingly acquire negative habits that allow illness and sickness to move into our lives. It is our choice to stop this intrusion. It is our choice to be healthy. Here is what I've learned.

I have learned:
- That the human body is a "Wonderful Creation" and if we treat it better than we do our CARS, it responds quickly and Optimal health is REAL and POSSIBLE!
- That Good Health is a Choice
- That there are Super Foods and Supplements that will further enhance our health
- That Micro-Current Technology (a science discovered in 1934), Alkaline Water, Proper Exercise, Detoxification of the Human Body, and Eating Nutritious Food are all modalities that, when implemented into our lifestyle, will greatly improve our health!
- That using a microwave to prepare or heat food compromises our health
- To never eat processed foods. If it is canned or packaged, it is processed - DEAD! It has little nutritional value!
