Q.  What does the term"Optimal Health" mean?
A.  Each body is different - no two are the same so this term will mean something to each person.  If you are overweight by 20 pounds and are suffering with high blood pressure because of it, you can lose the 20 pounds, your blood pressure will return to normal, and then you'll achieve  "optimal health". Yet another person could lose 20 pounds and still have multiple issues to address before achieving optimal health. For each person, this phrase means something different. In a nutshell, it means that you can be as healthy as your present body will allow you to be. It is not to be confused with perfect health. Optimal Health means that you are as healthy as you can possibly be!

Q. How do I start on a road to my optimal Health?
A. We strongly suggest you take a piece of paper and list the areas of your body that you want to work on. Are you overweight? Have you been diagnosed with an ailment? Do you have bad habits you want to break? These are all blockages that are preventing you from achieving your optimal health. Once you've identified these, you can begin to eliminate them from your life, one step at a time.

Q. I don't have any real medical issues, I just want to feel better and to start treating my body right so that I feel my best. What should my plan of attack be?
A. First of all, good for you! Getting toxins out of your body and relearning how to eat correctly are great ways to start. After that, you'll want to incorporate a good drinking water system and some clean air. We can help you with all of this.

Q. Do I have to stay on a plan for the rest of my life, or just until I feel better?
A. You became the way you currently are because of the way you were. Think about that statement for a minute. When you decide to achieve your optimal health, it shouldn't be viewed as a few changes you need to make to be able to go back to your bad habits, once again. It should be viewed as a lifestyle change.  A permanent one! One that will allow you to enjoy doing the things you love as the best you possible! Your immediate plan should be to change your current detrimental lifestyle. Within time, you won't even remember your damaging habits and it will be automatic for you to live in a healthy, happy manner.
